During his short tenure (~7 months), Andrew brought in major reformation to the project. We were dealing a complex project which had unique regulatory and legislative requirements. The project team had many great ideas, which we wanted to implement for ‘Day 1’. Nonetheless, this was something, which could not have been implemented and delivered in a limited span of time and without testing our approach with our customers.
