Part A — Educational Disclaimer

The information provided by Synergist on this website and through its courses is general in nature and provided for educational and professional-development purposes only. It is not financial product advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and must not be relied upon as such.

Synergist Education is a business of Synergist Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 64 620 147 819). Synergist does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not authorised to provide financial product advice. Nothing on this website or in its educational materials constitutes a recommendation or statement of opinion intended to influence any person in making a decision about any financial product, including digital assets or cryptocurrency.

Our courses are designed to support the professional knowledge and continuing professional development of financial advisers, accountants and other professionals. The course structure and assessment have been designed and mapped against ASIC’s general CPD categories. Synergist is not a CPD-accredited provider and the courses are not accredited or endorsed by ASIC, any Australian financial services licensee, or any professional association. Formal CPD accreditation has been applied for but is not yet in place. References to “CPD-aligned” mean the program is structured to support participants in maintaining their own CPD records; participants remain responsible for determining whether and how it counts towards their own CPD obligations.

The information provided does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. You should consider its appropriateness to your circumstances and obtain advice from an appropriately licensed financial adviser, and where relevant a registered tax agent or legal practitioner, before acting on it or engaging with clients on these matters.

Digital assets and cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and high-risk. You may lose some or all of the money invested. The regulatory treatment of digital assets in Australia is evolving and uncertain. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Any statistics or third-party information are believed to be accurate at the time of publication but are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Synergist accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information provided on this website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Synergist does not currently operate a client referral, escalation, product-access, exchange, custody or tax-referral desk. Synergist does not currently receive client referral fees, product commissions, account-opening commissions, trading-volume payments, AUM-based fees or custody-linked payments. Any future referral or partner model will be subject to separate legal review, disclosure, consent and operating controls before launch.
